This role acts as the essential communication and delivery link between the kitchen (Heart of House) and the guests, ensuring that high-quality food is delivered promptly and efficiently. Food Runners at Yard House are responsible for upholding the restaurant's food quality and safety standards, making sure all meals meet customer expectations for quality and temperature. This role requires quick movement, good organization, and attention to detail to maintain the flow of service and support servers by delivering food directly to guests. Additionally, Food Runners contribute to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by following food safety protocols diligently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Good physical stamina
- Clear understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
