Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food runner or similar role preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and follow table etiquette guidelines
  • attend menu classes to stay informed of current menu offerings
  • set the station with necessary sauces, condiments, folded napkins, and supplies
  • deliver prepared dishes promptly and accurately to the correct tables
  • break down the station and store items properly at the end of the shift
  • maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of presentation and accuracy
  • report gratuities following company guidelines and federal regulations
  • assist with hosting and dining room attendant responsibilities as needed
