Job Requirements
- Proficient in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Must meet the legal age requirement in the state for serving alcoholic beverages
- Possesses the legal right to employment within the United States
- Exceptional focus on guest satisfaction and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of safe food handling and hygiene practices
- Keen eye for precision and attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level of physical stamina and energy
- Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a service team
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills
- Physically capable of bending at the waist and lifting loads up to 50 lbs to waist height
- Able to move objects weighing up to 50 lbs over distances of up to 25 feet
- Must be able to remain on your feet and actively working for entire shift durations, typically 8 to 12 hours
- Capable of hearing, understanding, and responding clearly to requests from both staff and patrons in a noisy setting

Job Duties
- Offering dedicated guest assistance and support throughout the entire dining experience
- Rolling and polishing clean cutlery in preparation for service
- Clearing away soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from guest tables
- Wiping down and sanitizing tables and setting them up correctly for the next diners
- Performing routine cleaning duties for the service area, including sweeping and emptying trash receptacles, and completing all assigned cleaning tasks
- Effectively escalating any guest complaints or significant service issues to management and participating in constructive problem resolution
- Maintaining open and clear communication with fellow team members to ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently
