We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Runners to join our team who share our passion for food, beverages, and people. This role is ideal for those looking to grow quickly within the restaurant industry as Food Runners often have the opportunity to advance to server positions. At Chili's, we believe that great food is nothing without great hospitality, and our Food Runners play a pivotal role in elevating the Guest experience. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality and customized service, ensuring that each Guest feels valued and special. You will demonstrate your fun personality by building meaningful connections with both Guests and fellow Team Members, fostering a lively and welcoming environment.

This position offers a fast hiring process with flexible part-time or full-time schedules to accommodate various availability needs. Our Food Runners help maintain a clean and organized dining space by efficiently pre-bussing tables, removing empty glassware, dishes, silverware, and other debris to enhance the overall Guest experience. This role requires availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays to meet the demands of our busy service times.
