Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in hotel or related field
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance according to scheduling
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Ability to handle problems and solve issues proactively
- Ability to cross-train in other hotel areas

- Show initiative and anticipate guest or operational needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Customer service skills
- Ability to attend required trainings and meetings
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times
- Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to meal periods
- Clean and properly set all tables to property standards
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom area according to standards
- Assist with pre-bussing tables and promptly address guest requests
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to side-work checklist
- Answer the phone in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- Assist fellow employees throughout the shift as needed
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
