Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant settings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a restaurant or customer service role is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in basic English
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Ensure timely delivery of food orders to the correct guests
  • Announce food orders to guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Clean, set, and reset tables continuously throughout the shift
  • Manage station responsibilities including upkeep and organization
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times
