Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant settings

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a restaurant or customer service role is advantageous but not required
Ability to communicate effectively in basic English
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing quality customer service

Job Duties

Ensure timely delivery of food orders to the correct guests
Announce food orders to guests with a friendly demeanor
Clean, set, and reset tables continuously throughout the shift
Manage station responsibilities including upkeep and organization
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times
