These creations are designed to perfectly complement a sophisticated dining experience, whether through their pre-fixe menus or a la carte selections. The lounge includes The Office, a vintage-inspired speakeasy underneath The Aviary, offering guests access to a rare and refined collection of spirits, enjoyed straight or in expertly crafted cocktails. The Aviary has received prestigious recognitions, including the Outstanding Bar Program award from the James Beard Foundation in 2013 and the Spirited Award for the World's Best Cocktail Menu in 2014. It has also been featured multiple times on Drinks International's The World's 50 Best Bars list. Joining The Aviary means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence in service and innovation in hospitality.Show More
