Job Description

Ridglea Country Club is a distinguished private country club located in Fort Worth, Texas, with a rich history deeply rooted in the local community. The property was originally operated as a public golf course by Bernie L. Anderson and Morris E. Berney, who envisioned the site expanding into a full-fledged recreation center for the Ridglea area. Subsequently, The Luther Group acquired the property, and Clayton Luther pledged to develop the finest country club possible, an establishment that embodies quality, dignity, and service excellence. Today, Ridglea Country Club stands as a hallmark of prestige and tradition in Fort Worth, offering its members top-tier amenities, exceptional golf facilities, and an uncompromising standard of hospitality and service. This legacy of quality serves as the foundation for the club’s continuing commitment to providing an outstanding member experience, making it a sought-after venue for recreation, socializing, and events in the community.

The role of Food and Beverage Manager at Ridglea Country Club is integral to maintaining the club’s high standards of service and culinary excellence. This position requires a highly motivated and organized professional responsible for overseeing the timely delivery and quality presentation of food to club members and guests. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in food handling and preparation, with a deep understanding of menu items and the ability to manage complex service scenarios efficiently. This employment opportunity not only offers the chance to work in a prestigious country club setting but also to contribute to an establishment known for its commitment to excellence and tradition.
