The Food Retail Brand Location Manager position at Aramark entails a management role responsible for overseeing dining solutions that cater to customers’ tastes and needs. This role specifically manages operations across several food retail brands including Starbucks, Qdoba, and Einstein Bros. Bagels. The manager will supervise dining operations where customers order prepared foods from menus, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service. In this role, the Food Retail Brand Location Manager leads teams by applying Aramark's coaching model, developing employees to their fullest potential through engagement, recognition, and reward. The manager holds daily briefings to align team objectives and ensures safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. Maintaining effective client relationships is key, requiring the manager to identify client needs and communicate operational progress clearly.

Financial accountability is critical, involving responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) statements, meeting financial targets for both clients and Aramark, and implementing systems designed to monitor and improve performance metrics, order trends, and inventory management. The manager also drives operational productivity by controlling costs, managing profits, meeting food and labor initiatives, and ensuring the team is trained to maintain high production quality and strict operational standards.

Compliant with all applicable policies, rules, including safety and health regulations, wage and hour laws, and sanitation protocols, the Food Retail Brand Location Manager fosters a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees alike. Additional responsibilities include leading the front of house dining operations in collaboration with the Food Service Director and coordinating food service activities to deliver high-quality finished products to customers.

Aramark encourages a flexible approach as job duties may evolve over time to meet business needs, offering employees opportunities to develop new skills and make meaningful contributions to the company’s success. This role is perfect for an experienced management professional seeking to leverage their interpersonal skills and operational expertise in a fast-paced food retail environment with a reputable global company. The position requires physical stamina such as the ability to stand for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
