Job Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to physically lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • A management background of at least one year
  • Bachelor's degree or a similar level of experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cultivate and manage successful client and customer rapport
  • Demonstrated mastery in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure long periods of standing

Job Duties

  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
  • Plan and lead daily team briefings
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P and L statements
  • Deliver client and company financial targets
  • Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
