Job Requirements
- management background of at least one year
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage financial performance including P and L statements
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced food service environment
Job Qualifications

- ability to cultivate and manage successful client and customer rapport
- ability to deliver exceptional customer service by implementing Aramark's service guidelines

- ability to endure long periods of standing
Job Duties
- use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

- ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- plan and lead daily team briefings
- ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- ensure the completion and maintenance of P and L statements
- deliver client and company financial targets
- follow the operational excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
- ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
- supervise team regarding production, quality and control
- maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
