The position of Food Quality Manager at Aramark is a pivotal managerial role responsible for the overall creation and execution of dining strategies that specifically satisfy patron preferences. This role not only involves overseeing the dining area where guests place orders from diverse menus of prepared cuisine but also focuses on ensuring that all operations uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. The Food Quality Manager utilizes Aramark's coaching model to engage team members fully, fostering their development to reach their highest potential through recognition, reward, and continuous performance evaluation.

The successful candidate will lead daily team briefings, coordinate operational progress, and ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met consistently. In addition, the Food Quality Manager works closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate progress, and maintain strong business relationships that uphold client satisfaction. Financial responsibilities include maintaining complete and accurate profit and loss statements, achieving company and client financial goals, and implementing food and labor cost initiatives in line with Operational Excellence fundamentals.

This role demands a hands-on management style to supervise production, quality control, and overall team performance while maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Food Quality Manager also plays a significant part in promoting a safe and healthy environment not only for team members but also for clients and customers. This role ensures that collaborative efforts between departments culminate in a seamless food service experience for all patrons. Physical demands of the position include occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and sustaining long periods of standing, requiring candidates to be physically capable of meeting these requirements.
