The Food Production Supervisor - Airline Catering role, based in Baltimore, USA, offers a salary range of $62,000 to $72,000 and is an on-site position. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
- Conduct daily work group meetings
- Schedule and control staff to meet labour productivity and overtime targets
- Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards such as FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP
- Document and follow up on all department processes to implement improvements
- Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Guide, motivate and develop staff within Human Resources policies
- Make the company’s values and management principles live in the department(s)
- Manage productivity hours and costs in the area of responsibility
- Initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
- Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety and Production systems
