Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in food production or catering supervision
- knowledge of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and HACCP principles
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs
