The position being offered is that of a Production Specialist. This role is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about production and enjoy working during early shifts. The Production Specialist plays a critical part in supporting key departments such as Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce by handling production of essential items that meet the high standards set by The Fresh Market. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, can work well within a team environment, and consistently prioritizes guest service. Those hired for this role will receive competitive pay ranging from $19.64 to $20.94 per hour.

The role involves not just the production tasks but also ensuring that products are maintained to the highest quality through proper rotation, sanitation, and inspection. The Production Specialist will need to operate various tools and equipment safely, including knives, ladders, pallet jacks, and box cutters, and will be required to stand or walk for extended periods. Working hours typically are from 3 am to 11 am, with days off generally on Sundays and Wednesdays, though flexibility to cover other shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected as per business needs.
