This company has established a strong reputation since 1995 for crafting premium sauces, dressings, and marinades under an internationally recognized brand. Founded by a professional chef, the company is renowned for its precision, quality, and passion for producing exceptional food products. Operating out of a clean, newly updated facility, the company fosters a friendly and supportive team environment where every employee takes pride in their work and the products they help create.

In this role, as a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the food manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will span various stages of production, including operating packaging and filling equipment, labeling products with meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring the products meet stringent quality and food safety standards. Post-fill sanitation duties are also a critical aspect of the role, requiring adherence to rigorous food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Working in this capacity demands a hands-on approach, a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization, and effective communication within the team to promptly address any production issues or concerns.

This position offers a stable opportunity with genuine growth potential, ideal for individuals who thrive in team settings and enjoy physically engaging work within the food manufacturing sector. The role primarily involves afternoon shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional morning shifts depending on production needs. Flexibility in availability between morning and afternoon shifts is required. The position pays $21.00 per hour and offers a range of benefits to temporary employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term disability, life insurance options, identity theft protection, prescription plans, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.

As a Production Associate with this company, you will contribute to the meticulous creation of high-quality food products that satisfy customers globally. The company emphasizes a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork, making this an excellent role for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing. Reliable transportation is a must, as the facility is not accessible by public bus transportation. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team and grow within a company that values craftsmanship and employee development. Apply today to take the next step in your food manufacturing career and become part of a respected team dedicated to excellence in the food industry.
