The Food Production Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal managerial position responsible for creating and executing dining options tailored to meet customer preferences and requirements. The manager also serves as a key client relationship liaison, identifying client needs, communicating operational progress, and ensuring client satisfaction. Furthermore, the Food Production Manager supervises all aspects of food production, quality control, and team training to guarantee the highest levels of service and operational efficiency. Physical requirements of the job include the ability to lift, transport, push, and tug items up to 50 pounds and to remain standing for extended periods, emphasizing the demanding, hands-on nature of the position.
