Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years of management experience
- minimum one year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong culinary background in a high-volume environment
- extensive inventory management and purchasing experience
- strong leadership skills
- proficient computer skills
- highly organized and detail-focused
