- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in food or culinary services
- strong culinary background in a high-volume environment
- extensive inventory management and purchasing experience
- strong leadership skills

- highly organized and detail-focused

- Oversee all procurement, purchasing, and inventory management
- help implement and standardize culinary systems and procedures
