Job Description

Sodexo is currently seeking a Food Production Manager - 3 to join its Government Services team at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton located in Oceanside, California. This position plays a vital role in managing the culinary operation of one of Sodexo’s Mess Halls. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Food Production Manager will oversee all back-of-house (BOH) activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service aligned with Sodexo’s standards and client expectations. The role demands not only culinary expertise but also the ability to lead a team, manage resources efficiently, and meet financial and operational goals.

This is a full-time role that emphasizes operational excellence, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. The Food Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and driving performance to meet company and client financial targets.
