The role of the Food Production Manager at Aramark is pivotal in shaping and executing dining options that cater to customer preferences and meet operational standards. This managerial position involves supervising dining facilities where customers select cooked meals from a curated menu, balancing client expectations with efficient food production practices. They oversee production quality, manage labor initiatives, and ensure compliance with food safety standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Candidates should be prepared to handle physical demands such as lifting items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of prior experience

  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred

  • proficiency in customer support following Aramark's service protocol
