Sodexo has an outstanding career opportunity for a Food Production Manager 2 to join their team at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The medical center is a prestigious academic health system with over 900 beds, and it serves as a key healthcare provider in the region. As part of the larger Atrium Health system, Wake Forest Baptist is the largest employer in Forsyth County, encompassing a substantial workforce of more than 19,220 employees and numerous facilities spread over 428 acres.

The Food Production Manager 2 role is a pivotal position within the culinary services department, focusing on maintaining high standards of food quality and operational excellence in a high-volume healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food procurement, purchasing, and inventory management, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
