Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles
- Valid food safety certification
- Ability to follow food production guidelines and safety protocols
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Physical capability for kitchen tasks including lifting and standing

Job Qualifications
- Experience in cooking or a comparable role
- Knowledge of food preparation principles and cooking techniques

- Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Use utensils safely including knives
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
- Apply various cooking methods including baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food following established guidelines
- Store food properly by adhering to food safety policies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
