The Food Production Chef is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes following standardized recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. In addition to cooking and food preparation, the Food Production Chef must adhere strictly to food safety policies and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in cooking or food production role
- food safety certification
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- physical ability to perform kitchen tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cooking or a comparable role
- confirmed grasp of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking techniques, and compliance with food safety regulations
