Job Requirements
- Education to high school level or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift between 25 and 85 pounds
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to hear in the normal range for safety alarms
- Reading proficiency for menus, manuals, and training aids
- Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in confined spaces
- Maintain safety practices around hot equipment and substances
- Uphold confidentiality of company procedures and results
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25-85 pounds
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Make world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
- Partner with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, fresh meals, and cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative family environment
- Maintain safety around high temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening
- Uphold confidentiality of company operating procedures and operating results
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and teamwork
