This opening is for a Team Member position, a vital role within our fast-paced and customer-focused restaurant operations. Team members at KFC are directly responsible for creating the warm and inviting atmosphere that our guests appreciate, as well as for producing world-famous chicken dishes and other menu items according to strict quality standards. As part of our team, you will engage with customers through friendly interactions, prepare food with attention to detail, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with other team members to manage product inventory and fulfill guest orders efficiently and accurately. This position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods and some heavy lifting. Safety is a top priority due to the use of high-temperature cooking equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening in food preparation. Effective communication skills and manual dexterity are necessary to ensure food packaging, kitchen maintenance, and guest service meet KFC’s quality expectations.
