Job Requirements

Flexible work hours and punctual attendance
Ability to lift 25-85 pounds
Extended standing during shifts
Hearing within normal range to safely operate cooking equipment
Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids
Manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning
Capacity to work with others in somewhat confined spaces
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures and results
Maintain safety in high-temperature and boiling environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or fast-food environments a plus
Ability to follow food safety standards and handling procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties

Make world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
Partner with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders
Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, fresh meals, and a commitment to cleanliness
Contribute to a positive and collaborative family environment
Perform food packing and maintain cleanliness
Maintain safety around high-temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening
Work closely with others in confined spaces
