Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast food or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to maintain safety standards
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to work physically including standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 85 pounds
- Good auditory capability for safety alarms
- Reading and comprehension skills for menus, manuals, and training aids

Job Duties
- Make world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
- Partner with Team Members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, fresh meals, and cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative family environment
- Perform some heavy lifting
- Maintain safety around high temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening
- Maintain confidentiality of company operating procedures and results
