The role in focus is for a Team Member position at the KFC location in Henderson, Nevada. This role is critical as it forms the frontline of interaction between the restaurant and its customers. The Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by effectively taking orders, processing transactions accurately, and managing any customer concerns with professionalism. This position involves preparation and quality maintenance of food products to ensure all items meet KFC's high standards. Team Members are also tasked with monitoring service equipment functionality, maintaining cleanliness and safety abiding by OSHA and Labor Board regulations, and managing inventory by unloading and stocking supplies as necessary. Furthermore, the role encourages fostering a positive work environment by recognizing and motivating team efforts. The ideal candidate should be at least 16 years old, reliable, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Physical stamina is required as the position involves moving up to 50 lbs. Additionally, punctuality, attendance, basic math skills, the ability to operate a cash register, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, teamwork, customer satisfaction commitment, and a strong work ethic are all essential qualities for success in this role.
