Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for daily service including cleaning chopping measuring
- assist chefs and kitchen team with food prep tasks such as prepping sauces cutting meat fish and vegetables helping each station with prep work

- follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
- restock prep stations and kitchen supplies as needed
- work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
