This position is for a Food Preparation Worker on a part-time basis, stationed at California Lutheran University. The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $20.00, compensating employees fairly for their valuable contribution. As a Food Preparation Worker with Sodexo, your role is integral to the smooth operation of the dining services. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- Must be punctual and dependable

Job Duties
- Reads recipes and product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment
- May have basic cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
