Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- valid work authorization
- availability for part-time or full-time shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- willingness to comply with no tobacco use during shifts
- reliable transportation to the Puyallup location
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of restaurant kitchen experience
- experience working with seafood is a plus
- outgoing personality
- strong work ethic
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Job Duties
- prepping seafood and other ingredients
- cooking menu items according to company standards
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assisting in inventory management and stock rotation
