The Food Preparation Supervisor position at Marion Correctional Institution, operated by Aramark, is a critical role that entails overseeing the preparation of meals and food items through direct supervision of inmates. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of experience in food preparation preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Ability to meet security clearance requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum one year of experience in food preparation or related role preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Experience in a correctional environment preferred
- Food safety certification required
