  • equivalent of 2-3 years of post-high school education or relevant experience
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to manage and coordinate kitchen teams
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to handle budgeting and cost control

  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain kitchen equipment
  • oversee special catering events
  • provide culinary instruction and demonstrations
  • assist in developing junior culinary staff
