The Food Preparation Manager at Aramark plays a critical leadership role within the culinary operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position requires hands-on management of kitchen teams, culinary quality, and operational efficiency. The Food Preparation Manager is responsible for managing kitchen inventory and overseeing budgeting and cost control to meet financial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction with outstanding food quality and service. This role demands a combination of culinary expertise, team leadership, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
