Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Develop and standardize menus and recipes for quality consistency
  • Monitor inventory levels and requisition necessary food items
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards according to health regulations
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction
  • Support the development and training of junior culinary staff
