The Food Prep Worker role at Aramark is essential in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and sanitation across their diverse operations. This hourly role, offering compensation between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour, plays a vital part in ensuring the quality, freshness, and safety of food served to guests. As a Food Prep Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning food items according to standardized recipes and production requirements while strictly adhering to Aramark’s sanitation and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes
- follows proper food handling procedures
- maintains accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness
- manages leftover foods correctly
- cover, label, date, and accurately store according to Aramark standards
- maintains clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas
- ensures stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift including cleaning of kitchen equipment
- maintains a safe and sanitary work environment that conforms to all food safety standards and regulations
- follows safety policies and accident reporting procedures
- completes all required training
