The Food Prep Team Member role is an integral part of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing cold menu items such as wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays to our high standards. This position is essential to maintaining the quality and consistency that customers have come to expect. The role is available in part-time or full-time formats, with a minimum requirement of 3 days and 20 hours per week. Daylight or evening shifts are offered, with mandatory availability on Fridays and Saturdays. This position demands strong multitasking skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

Candidates for this role should be ready to embrace the fast-paced environment of a busy quick-service restaurant. They must have the stamina to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 40 pounds safely. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment is an advantage but not required

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
  • efficiently prepare cold menu items, including wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays to high standards
  • stay current with new product introductions and procedural updates
  • wash and properly store kitchen dishes and utensils
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and promptly report any maintenance issues to the kitchen director
  • complete all required in-house training to develop skills and maintain knowledge of company policies
  • consistently adhere to all company procedures and operational standards
  • participate actively in team meetings, offering input and supporting team goals
  • follow instructions and directives from the leadership team and the operator
