Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Must comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation or a related role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepares fresh fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
- Maintains inventory based on Prep Production Guide and updates as directed
- Ensures optimum yield of products during the product cycle
- Labels, dates, and rotates bulk produce and prepped items
- Stores all food items in approved, covered containers
- Uses buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- Notifies management of discrepancies such as spoilage and waste
- Assists buffet attendants in maintaining a full and clean buffet
- Cleans and organizes prep areas, coolers, equipment, and dry storage
- Follows local health department laws and safety standards
- Performs administrative tasks and assists guests during meal periods
