Job Duties
- Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
- Maintain standard inventory of prep items
- Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items
- Ensure proper storage of all food items in approved containers
- Use buffet production systems to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- Notify manager of discrepancies such as spoilage or waste
- Assist buffet attendant in maintaining a full and clean buffet
