Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
  • Maintain standard inventory of prep items
  • Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items
  • Ensure proper storage of all food items in approved containers
  • Use buffet production systems to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
  • Notify manager of discrepancies such as spoilage or waste
  • Assist buffet attendant in maintaining a full and clean buffet
