Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cutting, peeling, and slicing
- Knowledge of local health department laws and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is an asset

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables by cutting, slicing, peeling, etc.
- Follow Golden Corral product specifications and recipes for prep items
- Maintain inventory according to Prep Production Guides
- Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items
- Ensure all food items are stored properly in approved containers
- Clean and organize prep areas, cooler(s), equipment, and dry storage
- Assist buffet attendants in keeping a clean and full buffet
