Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as cutting, peeling, and slicing
  • Knowledge of local health department laws and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items
  • Ensure all food items are stored properly in approved containers
  • Clean and organize prep areas, cooler(s), equipment, and dry storage
  • Assist buffet attendants in keeping a clean and full buffet
