Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness
- Good interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or a similar role is an asset

Job Duties
- Prepare prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes
- Maintain a standard inventory of prep items following the Prep Production Guide
- Ensure optimum yield of products through the product cycle
- Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items
- Store all food items in approved, covered containers
- Use the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- Report any discrepancies such as food spoilage or invoice errors to management
- Assist the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full and clean buffet
- Clean, maintain, and organize prep areas including coolers, equipment, and dry storage
- Follow health department laws and position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
- Perform administrative tasks and assist guests during meal periods
