Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Good manual dexterity for cutting and prepping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation

Job Duties
- Prepares fresh fruit and vegetable items according to Golden Corral specifications
- Maintains inventory of prep items using Prep Production Guides
- Labels, dates, and rotates produce and prepared items
- Ensures proper storage of food items in approved containers
- Assists buffet attendants in maintaining a clean and stocked buffet
- Cleans and organizes prep areas, equipment, and storage
- Follows health department laws and notifies management of discrepancies
