Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred

- Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 plus lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
- Direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations
- Coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
- Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- Communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
- Complete reports on all incidents following company policy
