This position involves working at the Lake Washington School District location as part of Sodexo’s food service team. As a full-time Food Prep Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the food preparation and serving efforts within this educational setting. The pay rate for this role is $18.00 per hour. The shifts are weekday mornings, designed to complement the school schedule; more details regarding specific hours will be provided during the interview process.

As a Food Prep Helper, your main responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of nutritious and appealing meals by following recipes and handling kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. In this role, you will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in your work area to meet health and safety standards. Although primarily supporting food prep work, you may also assume basic cooking tasks such as cooking vegetables and chicken for salads. Providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude, you help create an uplifting environment for both your team and those you serve. Your punctuality and reliability ensure smooth operations and timely meal service during the busy school hours.
