At the Hollywood Bowl Amphitheatre, Sodexo Live is currently seeking a motivated Food Prep Helper to join their dynamic team. This part-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24 and requires flexibility with varying shifts, including different days and hours. Open availability is preferred to accommodate the fluctuating needs of event schedules. As a Food Prep Helper, you will play an essential role in both the preparation and serving of vibrant menus that delight customers. Your responsibilities will include reading recipes and product directions, assisting in preparing hot and cold foods with various kitchen utensils and equipment, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. You may also assist with basic cooking tasks, such as cooking vegetables or chicken for salads, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of food production.
