The Food Prep Helper position at Sodexo's Gilbarco Headquarters in Greensboro offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay range between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour. This role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen team by assisting with the preparation and serving of diverse and vibrant menu offerings. The position involves daily tasks such as reading recipes, preparing hot and cold foods, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations, contributing directly to the seamless operation of food service within the facility. Morning, afternoon, and evening weekday shifts provide a flexible working schedule, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Duties

  • Reads recipes and or product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils equipment
  • Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment
  • May have basic cooking responsibilities i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
