We are currently seeking enthusiastic and upbeat individuals to join our team as Guest Service Team Members and Food Production Team Members. These roles are vital to our daily operations and overall guest experience. Guest Service Team Members serve as the face of Mr Gatti's, providing friendly and attentive service to every guest. This role involves direct interaction with the public, where employees have the opportunity to 'Make Their Day' through exceptional customer care. Responsibilities span several positions including cashiers, buffet attendants, dining room attendants, midway staff, party station helpers, and party hostesses. While these team members primarily focus on guest interaction, they also support production functions to ensure smooth service.

Food Production Team Members form the backbone of our kitchen operations. At Mr Gatti’s, we recognize that without our skilled food production staff, we wouldn't be able to provide the quality food our guests expect. These employees are responsible for pizza making and cutting, food preparation and cooking, dough production, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness such as dishwashing. Although the focus is on creating great food and managing kitchen tasks efficiently, food production team members also engage positively with guests to contribute to a friendly dining environment.

These roles are perfect for entry-level candidates as no prior experience is required. We welcome individuals who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. Preferred candidates are 18 years of age or older and must have dependable transportation to and from work.
