Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in culinary techniques such as knife handling, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Experience in menu planning, catering, or serving is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and support a cohesive kitchen operation

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Cook a variety of dishes with attention to detail, including pizza dough preparation, topping application, baking, and finishing touches
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or meal options based on customer preferences and current trends
- Handle food products safely during preparation, cooking, and serving processes to ensure freshness and safety
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and uphold a positive work environment
