Recognized repeatedly for its workplace culture and innovation, including the prestigious "Best in STEM" award and being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, CEC emphasizes employee well-being and career growth.
Now hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers who contribute significantly to the company’s mission by preparing orders and assisting in food preparation within a no-fry kitchen environment that focuses on pizza, salads, and wings. CEC Entertainment offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.94 to $17.94, with additional commission opportunities depending on membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly.
This position includes unique perks such as the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages promptly, enhancing financial flexibility. The essential job functions involve standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts, as well as lifting or carrying objects that can weigh up to 50 pounds. Prospective candidates should be prepared for work environments with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises. The company also values employee health and safety, maintaining rigorous sanitation standards to protect team members and guests alike.
CEC Entertainment fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, committed to equal opportunity employment without discrimination based on race, color, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected classes. Employees receive extensive benefits which differ for part-time and full-time workers, including access to telemedicine, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plans, meal discounts, educational assistance, and paid time off where applicable.
Choosing to join CEC Entertainment means becoming part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where teamwork, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service are paramount.
