Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, offering a unique blend of quality food, engaging entertainment, and community-centered fun. The brand's commitment to safety, education, and community support is exemplified through initiatives like the Kid Check program and contributions of over $24 million to schools and nonprofits. In addition to being family-focused, CEC Entertainment prioritizes employee well-being, having received accolades including the "Best in STEM" award and recognition as one of America's Greatest Workplaces in 2025.
Chuck E. Cheese provides an inclusive workplace culture where diversity, fun, and professional growth are highly valued. The company champions progressive programs such as the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" payroll initiative, allowing employees to access earned wages without waiting for their next paycheck. This benefit aligns with CEC's reputation for empowering Cast Members through cross-training in multiple positions, promoting career advancement from within, with over 60 percent of managers having risen through the ranks.
Currently, CEC Entertainment is hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers for their kitchens. This role is essential in maintaining the brand's promise of delivering delicious, consistent food in a family-friendly environment. The kitchen is a no-fry zone, focusing on easy prep for pizzas, salads, and wings, ensuring a streamlined process for quality and safety. Cast Members in this position contribute directly to the customer experience by preparing orders efficiently and working collaboratively with the team. Shifts require physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, and other movements in a dynamic and sometimes noisy environment, all while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive, energetic attitude.
The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $17.90 and commission opportunities based on memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly. Benefits include access to telemedicine, 401(k) retirement plans, employee meal discounts, and various insurance options, with additional perks depending on full-time or part-time status. Training and development opportunities are embedded in the company culture, supporting career growth while fostering a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable workplace. CEC Entertainment commits to equal opportunity employment and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds to join their team rooted in fun and family values.
